At Antic Bikes, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn items with all original tags attached into the original shipping packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number handy until we notify you that your refund or exchange has been processed.
